My recent job change, as a trans woman, was near impossible. The AI algorithm that everyone uses to auto decide yes or no vs the fact that I am openly trans made it so that I was unemployed for almost 9 months. Which was unbearably hard. Fortunately I got lucky and found a jewel, and Ive been incredibly happy for a while now.
